Premier Drug & DNA Testing Services, LLC collects fingernail and toenail drug tests in Dallas and Fort Worth.
Nail is used when the court or employer wants a longer look-back than urine, or when there is not enough hair. Fingernails are commonly described as about 3–6 months. Toenails can run longer. The order controls which specimen we take.
Premier is the collection site. Accredited laboratories analyze the clippings. Bring a photo ID. Bring the court order if you have one.

Head or body hair, finger or toe nails. If one cannot be collected, we collect the other when the order allows it.
When nail is used instead of hair
Use nail when the head is shaved, hair is too short, hair was recently treated, or the order names nails.
Nail is not rapid hair. Rapid hair is a different test: 10-panel $155 or THC $65, minutes on site. If the order says nail or hair follicle with a lab report, do not collect rapid hair.

Nail is the longer keratin option when hair is not available or the order wants nail.
Many family-law orders use hair or nail as a baseline and urine or a sweat patch for follow-up. We collect all of those in Fort Worth and Dallas.
What we collect
Clippings are taken in the office under chain of custody. A typical 5-panel needs about 100 milligrams, usually 2–3 millimeters of length from the nails named on the order. Larger panels can need more. We do not send people home with a bag and call that a legal collection.
