A licensed physician signs the lab order, so no doctor's visit is needed. You are drawn at a nearby Quest or Labcorp patient service center. Premier does not draw the blood. Results are ready in days. Review them with your own doctor.
Annual Wellness Blood Test is $89 and includes a CBC, CMP, lipid panel, hemoglobin A1c, vitamin D, and TSH. Annual Wellness + Urinalysis is $99. Annual Wellness Plus is $149. Longevity Blood Test is $169. Executive Longevity Plus is $179.
Testosterone Test for Men is $99. PSA is $39. Complete Thyroid Test is $69 and includes TSH, free T4, free T3, and TPO antibodies. Complete STD Blood Test, no urine, is $99 and includes HIV, syphilis, hepatitis B, and hepatitis C, processed at Labcorp. HIV Test is $48. Hepatitis B and C is $52.
Single tests start at $39: CMP, cholesterol, hemoglobin A1c, vitamin D, PSA, electrolyte panel, liver function, and kidney function. Most panels are processed at Quest. STD panels are processed at Labcorp.

Tests are ordered by a licensed physician and processed at Quest or Labcorp. Results are informational. Review them with your physician. Card processing fees are passed to the customer. Quest and Labcorp panels cannot be ordered for a New York, New Jersey, or Rhode Island address. STD testing is confidential. Positive results for certain infections are reportable to the Texas Department of State Health Services.
