Refund Eligibility:

Clients are eligible for a refund if the request is made prior to the scheduled testing appointment and no testing services have been rendered.

In the case of Court-Ordered testing, refunds can only be issued if another Court Order or a Rule 11 agreement, signed by the respective attorneys involved, specifically requests a refund.

Non-Refundable Services:

Once the drug testing services have been conducted, refunds will not be granted, unless a proven error has occurred on our part that directly impacts the accuracy or validity of the test results.

Refunds will not be provided if the client fails to comply with the testing requirements or fails to provide a sufficient sample for testing purposes.

Refund Request Process:

To request a refund, clients must submit a written request to our customer service department prior to the scheduled testing appointment.

Court-Ordered clients seeking a refund must provide an updated Court Order or a Rule 11 agreement, signed by the respective attorneys involved, clearly indicating the request for a refund.

Refund Processing:

All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our management team.

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and the refund amount will be determined based on the services paid for but not rendered.
